Laws of the Arena

1. Service Description

AI Boss Battle is a text refinement arena where AI champions analyze, debate, and improve your uploaded text files. The service accepts plain text (.txt) and markdown (.md, .markdown) scrolls up to 50 KB.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to submit scrolls that:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Contain malicious code or scripts
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Contain personal information of others without consent

3. Payments

Arena battles cost $1.99 per battle (one-time, non-recurring). All payments are processed through Stripe. Refunds are handled case-by-case. Technical failures result in automatic full refunds.

4. AI-Generated Content

Refined output is generated by AI models. While our champions strive for excellence, we make no guarantees about accuracy or suitability. You are responsible for reviewing output before critical use.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of your scrolls and refined output. We claim no rights to your content. The AI Boss Battle platform and branding are the property of AI Boss Battle and its contributors.

6. Limitation of Liability

AI Boss Battle is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific battle in question.

7. Changes

We may update these laws. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
